  • My pro never arrived

    We’re very sorry if your pro didn’t arrive. Please get in touch with us so that we can send you someone else. Of course we shall refund you in full. We try and resolve issues within minutes of being raised.

  • My pro didn't finish the job

    If you feel that your job wasn’t completed please fill in the form below and someone from our customer service team will be with you and help you resolve the situation within minutes. We’re sorry for the inconvenience that you’ve been caused and we hope you’ll be able to give us another chance.

  • My pro left early

    Did your pro finish the job early or did he leave without taking your permission? If he left early without taking your permission or finishing the job, be sure to rate the pro accordingly. Also get in touch with our customer care team and we will look in to the issue and resolve it. Note that our cleaners are booked for a minimum of 3 hours and our other pros are booked for a minimum of 2 hours.

  • Something is damaged or missing

    Our promise to send you a trustworthy professional is at the very core of what we want to deliver; therefore, we apologize for this incident. Please get in touch with our customer care team to log your claim and we will be in touch within minutes to get you sorted.

  • My pro is late

    Our pros go through a rigorous training process, where we drill it into them how important being on time is. It is our promise to provide you the reliability you deserve by using SafiSafi. By rating the pro accordingly you help us continually improve the talent and service levels we provide.

  • My pro didn't bring supplies

    If you’ve booked a cleaning service then we would expect that you have all these things so that the pro can deliver the best possible job. Our other pros will all carry their equipment kit and some basic supplies like screws, nails and glue. However, you may have to decide with your pro whether you will buy materials like bulbs, sockets, valves, taps etc or the pro will source them for you.

  • My pro didn't return my keys

    Ooops! We’re really really sorry for the inconvenience. You will find your pros number in the bookings area of your account page, try and get in touch with the pro first. If you can’t get a hold of the pro get in touch with our customer care team and we will assist you within minutes.
