  • Hours of operation

    Our pros work from 7 in the morning to 7 at night. Our office runs along the same hours. This is to ensure you get as much flexibility as possible.

  • How do I contact my pro?

    Log in to your account and access your bookings page. As soon as we’ve matched the correct pro for your job we will update the details on the bookings page so you know exactly who will show up at your doorstep. You will find his name current rating and phone number.

  • Emergency cancellation

    We appreciate that you lead busy lives and your schedule can change at a whim. However, the pro might already be on his way and has lost valuable time and money in trying to get to you. If you’re booking is within 4 hours then please understand that we will charge you a fee equal to the booking.

  • I can't contact my pro

    Your pros contact information can be found in the bookings section of your account page. If you can’t reach him, get in touch with our customer care team, we will locate your missing pro and get in touch with you within minutes.

  • My pro left something behind

    Try and get in touch with your pro first. The pros details can be found in the bookings section of your account page. If you can’t get in touch with your pro get in touch with our customer care team and we will locate your pro and inform him/her that he/she has left something behind.

  • My pro didn't return my keys

    Ooops! We’re really sorry for the inconvenience. You will find your pros number in the bookings area of your account page, try and get in touch with the pro first. If you can’t get a hold of the pro get in touch with our customer care team and we will assist you within minutes.
